Didn’t see that coming!!

I’m currently in the process of writing Book 2 in the Fairytale series. I am now at over ten thousand words and Maddie’s life has just been thrown a curve ball that even I, as the author, didn’t see coming!

When I write, I become completely invested in the characters, and I let them drive the plot. I always start with a plan in my mind, but invariably that changes as the book progresses, and today is no exception. I don’t know how the ideas form, or where they come from, but I do know that Maddie has a lot of new challenges to face in book 2 and I’m beginning to think that this book might not be the end of her story, but merely a chapter in her life to be continued in the future....
