Finding Forgiveness
Despite being a confirmed singleton, Rebecca was not relishing the prospect of a summer spent alone at home, especially with the British weather proving particularly inclement. Neither, however, was she overly keen on the idea of holidaying without the company of a friend, but when it proved impossible to find a holiday buddy, she decided that if she could live comfortably on her own at home, she could enjoy the sun in Paphos unaccompanied too.
Neil thought he was happily divorced and enjoying a rediscovered youth, until some harsh home truths spoken by his brother opened his eyes to the reality of his lifestyle. He might be single and tolerated by his much younger friends because of his healthy bank balance, but he was not seen as one of the lads, no matter how much he might want to be. His holiday plans derailed, he searched for an alternative option, and settled on a week in the resort of Paphos.
Travelling solo to the sun-soaked island of Cyprus, Rebecca and Neil both begin their own personal journeys of rediscovery. They both have much to forgive and much to move on from in their past lives. The question is, will either of them find what they are searching for on their holiday in the sun?
